The Animated Pumpkin Witch Witch is an animated Halloween decoration made in 1995. The witch hides in a pumpkin her hat sticking at the top, to make it look like the pumpkin is wearing a witch hat. When activated, the witch rises out of the pumpkin and her eyes flash green as she says "I'm going to get you my little sweetie" and laughs twice.
