The Tornado Globes are a series of animated Halloween decorations made in 2005-Present. Each one features a Halloween character inside of the globe. When activated, the globe will light-up and bats (or in the case of newer versions, little black flakes) will swirl around the globe as Halloween sounds or a Halloween song play in the background. There are large, small and mini versions.
