Joltin' Jack was an animated Halloween decoration made in 2006 to 2008. It resembled a skeleton sitting in an electric chair. When the switch is flipped, he moves back and forth and the helmet light-up blue and his mouth moves as he screams while being shocked. Then, he talks after the shocking sequence has ended.

- There is an earlier model of Joltin' Jack made in 2001 called "Shock Me Sherlock".
- This item was originally supposed to sing "Shake, Rattle & Roll", and "The Heat is On".
