Hip swinging Charlie Brown in the box
Hip swinging Charlie Brown is a Halloween decoration made in 1998, and is based on the Peanuts character, "Charlie Brown". Charlie wears his signature shirt with a matching colored cape and a set of vampire teeth sticking out of his upper lip. He swings his hips back and forth and moves his arms up and down to the Peanuts song "Linus and Lucy".
