The Hip Swinging Frosty is an animated Christmas decoration made in 1998, and is based on the Rankin/Bass character, "Frosty the Snowman". He wears a light grey top hat with a black stripe and a blue flower on it. When activated, he swings his hips and moves his arms up and down while singing "Frosty the Snowman".
