The Scooby Doo Animated Candy Dish was an animated Halloween decoration made in 2000, and is based on the cartoon character "Scooby Doo". He wears a witch hat and a purple cape, and holds onto a cauldron. When activated, Scooby moves his head as he says many phrases.
