The Talk Back Wrist Pets are talking recordable toys made in 2014-2015. Each animal is shaped with a velcro strap to place the animal on your wrist. When the Gemmy logo is pressed, you can record a message for up to 9 seconds. When recording is finished, the animal will make its noise, then repeat your message in a high pitched voice.
