The Douglas Fir Talking Tree Kit was an animated Christmas decoration made in 1996. It is designed to be placed in the center of a normal Christmas tree to bring it to life. When activated, he opens and closes his eyes and moves his mouth as his eyes light up while singing "Jingle Bells", "Upon the housetop", "O Christmas tree", and "The 12 days of Christmas".
